There are artists who chase the wave, and there are artists who are the wave. JEDDO belongs firmly to the latter. Seamlessly drifting between alternative hip-hop, R&B, and aggressive trap, the Saudi-based rapper has spent the last decade tearing down the boundaries of what Khaleeji music is supposed to sound like. His artistry is a paradox: smooth yet highly kinetic, fiercely independent yet globally resonant.

Unconstrained by genre limits, his vocal delivery flows exactly as his energy does: wild, passionate, and entirely free. Backed by the UAE's independent label A.L.L. Arabia, JEDDO is constantly pushing the boundaries of what music can sound like in the Middle East, unlimited, free, and expressive.

his early days of making music. Free from the bureaucracy and drama of the traditional industry, JEDDO’s daily routine consists of stepping up to the mic, letting the music dictate the flow, and actively building out a massive, multi-genre catalog.

Whether he is tracking vocals in his humble home setup or utilizing top-tier facilities for specialized equipment, his output remains relentless. Backed by an infrastructure that protects his freedom, Jeddo is currently preparing to export the unapologetic sound of Saudi and Emirati youth to the rest of the world.

His core message remains blunt and unchanged: "Speak your truth and be authentic."

Humble Origins

Born in Makkah, raised in Medinah, and musically formed in Jeddah, JEDDO's background is deeply rooted in Hijazi culture. Because Makkah serves as the global convergence point for Hajj, he grew up surrounded by a dense, multicultural environment. This early exposure to international dialects and rhythms built the foundation for his music, which aims to bring people together while pushing Arab youth culture forward. He lost his father at three years old, a reality that forced him to mature quickly and heavily influenced his independent, self-reliant mindset.

him. Unable to dance, he channeled his energy entirely into audio. He bought a microphone and an interface, set up a humble home studio, and taught himself how to produce beats, mix, and master.

His workflow today is notoriously fast and fluid. He rarely writes his music in the traditional sense; about 70 percent of his vocals are freestyled directly on the mic, finding the flow first and filling in the words as he catches the rhythm. The remaining 30 percent is written. This raw, unconstrained approach allows him to finish complete tracks from start to finish within a single day.

Far Away From Home

As his music began gaining traction, JEDDO faced a severe legal hurdle regarding his residency. Despite being born and raised in Saudi Arabia, a residency complication resulted in a sudden 10-year ban from entering the Kingdom. He was forced to relocate to Mauritania, his country of origin, a place he had never known.

Rather than letting the exile halt his career, he treated the three-year period as a mental challenge. He adapted to the culture shock, connected with his extended family, and used the isolation to refine his sound, ultimately describing the experience as "unlocking a new stage."

Breakthrough: MALALAN

JEDDO does not operate within a single subgenre. His catalog moves through waves of alternative hip-hop, trap, R&B rap, and Khaleeji hip-hop, often incorporating heavy slang that remains accessible across the Arab world. His breakout single, "MALALAN," became a cultural staple.

Driven by a specific, ear-catching musical tone and a relentless rhyme scheme, the track dominated Saudi radio. Four years later, it remains in heavy rotation at local artist gatherings and studio sessions across the MENA region. He is also known for cross-cultural collaborations, such as "3OMM," a heavy trap record built over an Egyptian beat that expanded his fanbase across North Africa.

Signing with A.L.L. Arabia

While he first began experimenting with music in 2015 as a tool for self-discovery, the definitive shift in his career happened in 2018. At the time, JEDDO was heavily involved in street sports, parkour, and breakdancing. During a training session, an unperfected move resulted in a severe back injury that grounded

Looking for fresher pastures and to connect directly with a wider audience, JEDDO officially relocated to the United Arab Emirates in 2024. Today, he is in the most prolific phase of his career. Operating as a core artist on the A.L.L. Arabia roster, he is heavily entrenched in studio sessions, collaborating daily with the label’s in-house beatmakers, A&R team, and mixing engineers to architect his next wave of releases.

He chose to remain independent with A.L.L. rather than chasing a major label contract because the collective formed organically during
